EARLY RISING IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.








Early rising is good for health in the man. Early in the morning,the air is pure and the mind is fresh.One can concentrate on any work, She who rises early, gets ample time as will. She can take rest and can also finish all the tasks in time.So to rise early is very good habit. 
"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise"Now, let me first say that if you are a night owl, and that works for you, I think that’s great. There’s no reason to change, especially if you’re happy with it.

 Good health is easy but being sick is hard. The truth is maintaining good health is pretty simple although  reclaiming it takes patience, consistent actions and smart choices.youe body heals at it's own pace.your job is to help that process along.

 
   Life is not merely to be alive but to be healthy and wealthy. You ill also accept that the greatest wealth is health.  Health and wealth are like two sides of a coin.    Wealth buys success, career and leisure.  The young man  of today is ready to work for 24 hours a day, all the 7 days without break, to earn wealth. But where will it end. Can he sit and enjoy after earning wealth or will he become mad when the stress and strain make him to boil.  He may collapse while earning money.
     Everyday we hear about new disease. Stress is a new disease which the young generation is going to face, since earning money within a short period is the criteria for them. Many people earn wealth at the cost of their health. But, where is the time for them to enjoy the hard earned money. They have to sacrifice their entire life to recover the ill-health.
      You should formulate your life in such a way to live with happiness without much stress and strain. Your career, physical fitness, relationship with others, financial position, spiritual aspect, the environment everything should be adjusted  towards your health and earning little wealth. Changes are often to be made in your life style to accommodate to the trend of modern world. You have to adopt a positive approach and allot time for everything. You should also be ready to adapt yourself for any change.
      If you feel that your approach is wrong or involves much strain, you have to rethink whether to continue or alter your approach. You can do your day to day activities also in an enjoyable manner. You can spend sometime with little kids, as a relaxation. You can park your car at a distance and go for a walk. You can observe people who come across in your life and try to help them in someway to keep them and yourself happy
The to maintain good health your need to keep providing high levels of nutrition through making smart food choices and active supplementation.
